Get Ready for a New Dining Experience at the Red Lion!
We couldn't be more excited about our brand-new restaurant, Aspens, which is now under construction at the Red Lion Hotel & Casino and expected to open by the end of summer.
Aspens' guests will find a warm, relaxed atmosphere, accented by hardwood floors, fireplaces, and stands of preserved aspen trees, giving the new restaurant a natural feel unique to dining in Northeastern Nevada A private room for dinners, parties and other gatherings will also be available in Aspens.
But perhaps most exciting is the new menu, mixing steakhouse favorites, seafood specialties and flavorful combinations. Delightful dishes include Crab Cakes, Black Angus Burgers, Prime Rib, Atlantic Salmon, Chipotle Southwest Shrimp, Baby Back Ribs, Crab Enchiladas and many more flavorful choices. Aspens will proudly serve Certified Angus Beef and the freshest seafood available.
Aspens will continue the commitment to excellence that the Elko Red Lion has always strived for, and we have no doubt it will become Elko's first choice for everything from holiday parties to more intimate get-togethers.
